Case Study - Before

Jack works for a company that specialises in manufacturing, his work involves spotting areas for improvements. This was a new role for him but one which he was enjoying. He felt that he could benefit from improving his understanding of problem solving and how he could implement effective solutions. Jack was fascinated by root causes analysis methods and how vital they were for his job.


Case Study - After

After attending our Creative Problem Solving course, Jack had learned 18 different techniques for solving a whole variety of problems. With each technique he was able to assess its merits and how they could be utilised in his workplace.


Jack saw a huge benefit in developing a series of flow charts, this would help evaluate problems quicker. He also saw how MOSCOW analysis could be used to clarify system requirements.
