Creative Problem Solving Skills - Course Overview
Our half-day Creative Problem Solving course is a great way way to learn creative solutions to those problems that never quite seem to go away. Creative problem-solving skills are a great asset to develop. During this course we teach delegates how to increase productivity, reducing waste and improving customer satisfaction by developing a process for effectively solving problems.
Creative thinking is a key skill that can be improved with practice. Our creative problem-solving skills course introduces effective approaches to problem solving and decision making. These have been proven to be successful in producing improvements in efficiency, performance, and productivity.
